Terms & Conditions
  1. All tickets purchased from MCA-TIX online or by phone are non-refundable, non-replaceable and cannot be exchanged.
  2. MCA Ticketing works within the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practise regulations.
  3. All tickets sold by MCA Ticketing are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for that event, and subject to the conditions applicable to that activity and for the venue where presented.
  4. The right of admission is reserved by the relevant venue.
  5. All tickets purchased on line at a discount price, such as student, pensioner concession, club membership discount etc, will be held for collection at the venue where the event is presented and it will be necessary to show the relevant ID.
  6. The right is reserved to vary advertised artists and programs.
  7. Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program.
  8. If other conditions apply, they are displayed either in the box office or near the entrance to the venue.
  9. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted.
  10. All orders for events which are sold as reserved seating will be allocated the next best available tickets. Please phone 1300 306 776 if you have a specific seating preference however MCA Ticketing cannot guarantee to be able to allocate the seating as requested. In this instance tickets will be allocated as close to your specified seating as possible.
  11. Most tickets are held for collection from the venue, but in some cases you will have the option to select postage if they are ordered more then 7 days prior to the performance. No tickets are ever mailed outside Australia. 
  1. MCA Ticketing assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission or line failure.
  2. Your use of the material on the MCA Ticketing web site is at your sole risk.
  3. MCA Ticketing reserve the right to change the details on this web site at any time.
  4. Purchase of tickets are subject to the MCA Ticketing Terms and Conditions of sale. By purchasing tickets on this site you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of sale. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
  5. If you choose not to be bound by the MCA Ticketing Terms and Conditions of sale please do not purchase tickets through this site


  1. It is the privacy policy of MCA Ticketing and any venue or event on whose behalf we work that all contact information for persons purchasing tickets shall remain strictly confidential.
  2. MCA Ticketing operates with full compliance to the Privacy Policy Act of 1988 for which full details can be viwed on the website of the Office of the National Privacy Commission.
